This year's Ministerial will take place at OECD Headquarters in Paris on 15-16 May 2007 under the chairmanship of Pedro Solbes, Spain's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance. Senior officials from Japan and Poland will be vice-chairs of the meeting.

The main issues to be discussed at the meeting include:

Globalisation, growth and equity
Innovation and growth
Enlargement of the OECD and enhanced engagement with selected non-OECD countries
Future challenges for an open global trading system

加盟国は世界人口の18％　国民総生産は世界の80％　アジアからは日本と韓国が加盟しています。アジア諸国を加盟させる動きなど注目していきたい。
