イギリスで今、行なわれようとしているイラン人のレズビアン女性に対する、イランへの強制送還に反対するための緊急ネット署名。
私も趣旨に賛同し、多くの方々に紹介していきたい。明日8月28日にイギリスでは再決定が下されるという。

ーー以下記事要約／転送歓迎ーーペガー・エマンバシュクさん、イラン人女性、４０歳。２００５年にイランを脱出し、イギリスで難民申請をしたが、それが認められずにあと数日で故郷のイランに強制送還されようとしている。彼女は、レズビアン。レズビアンであるということは、イスラム法の下、イランでは死を意味する。石打ちの刑に処されることもある。
殺される確率が高いとわかっていて、彼女をこのまま強制送還させていいのか。国際難民法の述べる難民の定義を引用するが、「…人種、宗教、国籍もしくは特定の社会的集団の構成員であるということ又は政治的意見を理由に迫害をうけるおそれがあるという十分に理由のある恐怖を有するために国籍国の外にいる者」(難民条約第1条)とは、彼女のことではないのか。
彼女の強制送還は、国による殺人である。これは許しがたい犯罪であり、人命の冒涜だ。国際社会は黙って見すごしていけない。ペガーさんのために一人一人のアクションを求めたい。
